Multiculturalism

Multiculturalism implies that everyone is considered and treated equally, regardless of skin colour, culture, ethnic origin, mother tongue, philosophical or religious convictions, etc.

Racism and racist microaggressions, whether conscious or unconscious, still occur and are part of everyday life for too many people.

Some of our Facebook recruitment campaigns are also sometimes the subject of racist or sexist comments. These are statements that run counter to our values and constitute inappropriate behaviour, which we will not tolerate.

Freedom of expression is important and necessary, as long as it does not violate fundamental rights or convey hate, racism, sexism, discrimination, etc.

Pas ici (Not here)

We do not tolerate this kind of behaviour on our Facebook homepage, which is why, among other things, we have joined the "Pas ici" (Not here) initiative. This initiative redirects the authors of hateful or inappropriate comments to the basic rules to be observed online. We also condemn and delete all such comments as soon as we become aware of them.

All the people featured in our recruitment campaign photos are colleagues who volunteer to take part in our campaigns. It is therefore unacceptable for our colleagues to be insulted due to their gender, skin colour or any other personal characteristic.
