LGBTQIA+ community

Everyone should be free to be themselves... without fear of discrimination or verbal or physical attack due to their gender identity or sexual orientation.

Discrimination against LGBTQIA+ people, such as questioning professional skills, being sidelined, insults, inappropriate jokes or systems that are unsuited to gender transition are just some examples of the discrimination that the LGBTQIA+ community can face. We have been actively supporting the LGBTQIA+ community for several years now, notably by displaying our rainbow-coloured logo in the run-up to the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia on 17 May.

We have also held information sessions, in collaboration with Trainbow Belgium, taken part in Pride, etc.

Trainbow Belgium

Trainbow Belgium is the LGBTQIA+ association for Belgian railways employees and is dedicated to offering our LGBTQIA+ colleagues a sympathetic ear, guiding them, answering their questions and enabling them to meet other LGBTQIA+ colleagues. Trainbow Belgium takes part in Belgian Pride every year.
