Notice to operators of service facilities and services providers
Both the Belgian Law dated 30 August 2013 relating to the Rail Code, which is the transposition of Directive 2012/34/EU, and Implementing Regulation 2017/2177 impose on all operators of service facilities connected to the Infrabel railway network and/or the service providers in their service facilities, to provide information on the conditions and the charges for access to their installations as well as for the provision of services.
This information has to be included in the network statement of Infrabel for the timetable 2021, possibly by adding a link to the website (own website or common portal) where this information can be consulted freely.
In order to assist service facility operators and service providers in describing their facilities and/or services, the railway sector has developed a common template which reflects the obligations of the above-mentioned Implementing Regulation. This model can be used by operators and service providers, if they wish so. It is available in English, Dutch and French. The information must be published in two European Union languages.

Infrabel is not responsible for the information provided by operators and service providers.
By opting for your own private junction, you will gain exclusive access to the rail network. Tracks are laid at your industrial site and connected to the Belgian network.
You may also make use of terminals. Your freight is centralised there and loaded onto trains.
