Your Connection: Exclusive access to the rail network
Certain large companies, factories and quarries use rail to make their warehouses, buildings and workshops accessible for receiving and transporting goods. For this, they have their own tracks on private land.
Thanks to Your Connection, they are able to connect these private tracks to the Belgian public rail network by means of a junction and the necessary equipment for its proper functioning (points). These junctions are not just major assets in industrial and logistical centres, but also in Belgian ports.

Your Connection connects their private installations to the public rail network via an exclusive access point, thus improving their accessibility. Practical considerations
Infrabel takes responsibility, free of charge, for providing equipment and maintenance for the junction with the Belgian network. However, installation and maintenance of the private track is the company’s responsibility.
