The rail operator licence
The rail operator licence provides proof that your rail company meets certain requirements in terms of its financial capacity, professional skills and liability insurance.
Safety certificate
The safety certificate certifies that you comply with the safety provisions. It comprises two parts, part A and part B.
Capacity request
Infrabel will determine the most suitable route and time. We take account of your wishes, the network’s technical capabilities and operating restrictions.
User agreement
The contracting party's rights and duties are defined either in a user agreement or a long-term framework agreement.
User fees
When you use the Belgian railway infrastructure, a fee is owed to Infrabel for using the train path.
